What to include

  • Your account email address.
  • Whether you are using the web app or mobile app.
  • The device type and OS version if the issue is on mobile.
  • What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
  • Any screenshot, screen recording, or error message that helps us reproduce the problem.

Common support topics

  • Account access, sign-in, password reset, or invite issues.
  • Assignment visibility, claiming, requests, or schedule questions.
  • Profile, document upload, compliance, or personal-vault issues.
  • Push notifications, email confirmation, or mobile-app setup questions.

Response expectations

We aim to respond as quickly as possible. For urgent release or production issues, include “Urgent” in the subject line and tell us whether the issue affects the web app, TestFlight build, or App Store review process.
