SubTea Terms of Service

1. Using SubTea

SubTea provides staffing, scheduling, document, and communication workflows for school coverage and substitute-teacher coordination. Users must use the platform only for lawful and authorized purposes.

2. Accounts and access

• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials.
• Account information must be accurate and kept reasonably up to date.
• Schools are responsible for the access they grant to their staff and operational users.
• SubTea may suspend or restrict access where accounts are misused or where access should no longer continue.

3. Platform content and workflow data

Users are responsible for the accuracy of the assignment, availability, profile, compliance, and document information they submit. Schools and substitutes are also responsible for reviewing any staffing or compliance decisions before acting on them.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the service.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or misleading content.
• Do not use the platform in a way that violates privacy, employment, education, or data-protection laws.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep SubTea available and reliable, but the service may change over time and may not be uninterrupted at all times. Features can be added, changed, limited, or removed as the product evolves.

6. Third-party services

SubTea relies on third-party infrastructure and communication services to operate parts of the platform. Availability and behavior of those integrations may affect the service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SubTea is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Users remain responsible for operational decisions made using the platform, including staffing, compliance, and scheduling decisions.
